Throwback Thursday – Ghost

Meet Ghost, the star of this week’s throwback Thursday, and the latest addition to our office dog team.

We caught up with mum Nicole, who recently joined the Buddies team, to find out a little more about this incredibly handsome hound.

Name – Ghost

Why this name – Named after Jon Snow’s Dire wolf from the TV series Game of Thrones.

Age – 12 months

Breed – Siberian Husky

Why this breed – ‘I had wanted a Siberian Husky from a young age and had always thought they were such beautiful dogs.’

Where is ghost from – ‘Ghost was from a well-known Husky breeder in Derby.’

Favourite toy – ‘Socks! When ghost was a puppy, he was so obsessed with socks that he ended up swallowing one. He had to visit the vets for a tablet to help him vomit the sock back up.’

Favourite food – ‘Carrots. He just loves them.’

Favourite person – ‘I would like to say me, however it’s definitely my mum.’

Likes – ‘Rope toys.’

Hates – ‘His harness. Although he loves walks, he hates putting his harness on.’

If you could have any other breed, what would it be – ‘A French Bulldog. They are so cute.’

Young Ghost will be having his first trial shift in the office in the coming weeks. If he enjoys being in the office, he will be added to our office dog rota. Keep your eyes peeled across our social media pages for updates on Ghost.
