National Terrier Qualifiers
We now have our Terrier qualifiers for the Buddies Yearling Stakes Final.
Both dog and Bitch class qualifiers were held at the National Terrier championship show at Stafford county showground on Saturday 7th April.
Both classes had a fantastic turn out with judging from Richard Allen, who owned in partnership and handled the 2017 Buddies Yearling of the Year runner up; the Wire Fox Terrier Ch. Travella The Super Trooper.
The first to qualify was Jack Russell Hot News Di Sutri with Jaeva, who’s pet name is Pablo. Pablo lives with his handler Harry, who told us that Pablo is a typical naughty Jack Russell who has a love for garlic sausage.
Harry and Pablo will be joined at the Buddies Yearling of the Year grand final by bitch class winner Willowyre Whyte Magic, who’s pet name is Darcey. Wire Fox Terrier Darcey is owned by Sue Nixon, who has bred Darcey through from 8 generations on her dam line.
Darcey loves swimming and is also an ambassador for the breed representing for Discover Dogs.
The next qualifiers will be held at the Hounds Association of Scotland Show on Saturday 14th April.
