Each pack contains a comprehensive and informative Guide to raising a healthy puppy or kitten. These are written with a team of independent vets and nurses so they cover all the important information owners need after leaving the practice.

Very easy. The packs can be ordered in consignments from Buddies Customer Care Line as often as is necessary to manage storage space effectively.
The tags can be sent back regularly using the Freepost envelopes provided.

What happens to clients' names and addresses?
The names and addresses sent back on the tags are kept securely under the Data Protection Act at Buddies; they are only shared with partners in the Buddies Packs, and only then to confirm correct receipt and to provide relevant information / further samples for the benefit of the owner and their pet.
And if the owner does not want to be contacted at all, then there is an 'opt-out' tick box on the tag.
